Além dos processadores Intel, a Lenovo oferece CPUs AMD para a série Legion Slim 7. O modelo que testamos, 16APH8, possui um processador Ryzen 7 7840HS emparelhado com um processador GeForce RTX 4060 32 GB DDR5-5600-RAM e um espaçoso SSD M.2 de 1 TB. O laptop possui uma tela WQXGA vibrante com resolução de 2.560 x 1.600 pixels, uma alta taxa de atualização de 240 Hz, calibração de fábrica e suporte a HDR; o Windows 11 Home completa o produto. Apesar de suas especificações impressionantes, o preço do 16APH8 é de cerca de US$ 1.750, o que o torna relativamente caro para um laptop equipado com uma placa de vídeo RTX 4060.

Conectividade

Apesar da ausência de uma porta RJ45, o Slim 7 oferece uma generosa variedade de conexões. No lado direito, o senhor encontrará um leitor de cartões de velocidade média e um obturador de privacidade para uma webcam decente. O lado esquerdo apresenta um soquete de áudio e duas portas USB (1x USB 4, 1x USB 3.2 Gen2), ambas com suporte para DisplayPort 1.4 e fornecimento de energia de 140 watts. Além disso, há uma porta HDMI 2.1, que permite a conexão de até três monitores externos. Na parte traseira, há três portas USB 3.2 Gen2 e a conexão para a fonte de alimentação de 230 watts incluída.

O brilho é particularmente notável: um valor médio de 502 cd/m2 é bastante alto para uma tela IPS e até mesmo excede os padrões da empresa para o brilho da sala SDR (400 cd/m2). Os jogadores apreciarão o suporte a FreeSync e GSync. Apesar de ter o brilho máximo no campo de teste, o contraste não se destaca entre os concorrentes. Isso se deve ao valor de preto insatisfatório de 0,48 cd/m².

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Desempenho

O GeForce RTX 4060 posiciona o Legion na categoria intermediária de notebooks para jogos. Com 32 GB de RAM e um SSD de 1 TB, ele deve ser suficiente para a maioria dos compradores por enquanto. Aqueles que buscam maior desempenho podem optar pela versão RTX 4070. Mas a Lenovo não oferece atualmente uma versão RTX 4080 ou RTX 4090 para o Slim 7.

Condições de teste

O software Lenovo Vantage pré-instalado é notável por seus amplos recursos de personalização. Juntamente com o modo térmico, os usuários também podem escolher o modo de trabalho da GPU. Como o aumento de FPS no perfil Performance não é proporcional ao volume mais alto (conforme mostrado na tabela), realizamos todas as medições no perfil Balanced. O Ryzen 7 7840HS é um processador de oito núcleos equipado com 16 MB de cache L3 e a capacidade de lidar com até 16 threads simultaneamente, graças ao SMT. Além disso, o chip de 4 nm apresenta uma GPU integrada relativamente rápida, a Radeon 780Mresponsável por cálculos e exibição de imagens, para tarefas menos exigentes, como trabalho de escritório, streaming de vídeo e navegação na Web. Durante os testes de benchmark, o desempenho da CPU está entre o Core i7-13620H e o Core i7-13700HX. Uma vantagem notável do processador AMD está em sua melhoria consistente de desempenho, uma característica que não se aplica totalmente ou é apenas parcialmente verdadeira para muitas contrapartes da Intel, como fica evidente em benchmarks como o loop Cinebench.

Ele tem os níveis de ruído mais baixos no campo de teste, com níveis de ruído que variam de 33 a 49 dB(A) no modo 3D. Temperatura

A temperatura dentro do gabinete está dentro da faixa média e não atinge níveis excepcionalmente baixos ou altos. Durante os testes de estresse com as ferramentas Furmark e Prime95, a placa de vídeo foi estrangulada, fazendo com que as temperaturas mais altas fossem observadas no modo de jogo. Após 60 minutos de execução do Witcher 3, o chassi atingiu um máximo de 49°C na parte superior e 52°C na parte inferior, que são valores típicos de um notebook para jogos. Teste de estresse

A CPU ficou bastante quente durante nosso teste de estresse de 60 minutos. Embora o Ryzen 7 7840HS tenha atingido 95°C, ele manteve uma frequência constante de 4,1 GHz. No modo de jogo, a situação é notavelmente mais tranquila. A versão AMD do laptop, assim como sua contraparte Intel, é altamente recomendada.

A sinergia entre o Ryzen 7 7840HS e o GeForce RTX 4060 permite um desempenho suave, possibilitando configurações de alto a máximo usando uma resolução de 2.560 x 1.600 pixels.

A tela de 240 Hz é notável não apenas por seu alto brilho, mas também por sua visibilidade em ambientes externos. O gabinete do laptop se destaca em vários aspectos, incluindo conexões, estabilidade, design e qualidade do material. Apesar de seu tamanho de 16 polegadas, ele é bastante leve (4,6 lbs). Ele também tem dispositivos de entrada bem planejados e excelente qualidade de som.
