Revisão do Gigabyte A5 K1: Caderno de jogos da velha guarda

Contra a tendência ao emagrecimento.

O Gigabyte A5 K1 se apresenta como um laptop clássico para jogos que não coloca ênfase em um estojo fino e particularmente leve. O foco é antes uma boa relação preço-desempenho, porque você recebe uma CPU de seis núcleos da AMD e uma GeForce RTX 3060 com TGP alta por menos de 1.000 Euros (~$993).

Depois de já termos testado os pouco menos de 1.800 Euros (~$1788)A5 X1 com Ryzen 9 5900HX e GeForce RTX 3070a Gigabyte nos enviou agora o muito mais barato A5 K1, que também tem 16 GB de RAM DDR4 (2x 8 GB Dual Channel) e um SSD NVMe-512 GB, mas tem que se contentar com menos energia de CPU e GPU. No entanto, umRyzen 5 5600H e um GeForce RTX 3060 são muito respeitáveis por cerca de 900 Euros (~$894). Nesta faixa de preço você frequentemente recebe apenas um GeForce RTX 3050 ou 3050 Ti. Gigabyte (ou o fabricante de barebone Clevo) utiliza um painel mate de 144 Hz com 1920 x 1080 pixels para o display. Atenção: O computador na verdade só vem com FreeDOS. Entretanto, a Gigabyte teve a gentileza de instalar o Windows 11 Pro para nós com antecedência.

Além da iluminação (a tela se debate com o sangramento visível da tela), a luminosidade também poderia ser melhor. Uma média de 281 cd/m² pode ser suficiente para a maioria dos ambientes internos, mas você desejará rapidamente uma maior luminosidade em lugares mais brilhantes como jardins de inverno, varandas ou terraços. O irmão mais caro ainda alcançou 325 cd/m² aqui.

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Processador

O Ryzen 5 5600H é um companheiro ideal para o GeForce RTX 3060. O modelo de seis núcleos da geração Cezanne da AMD oferece 16 MB de cache L3 e pode processar até 12 roscas em paralelo via SMT. O TDP do chip de 7 nm é de 45 watts. Embora o Ryzen 5 5600H, sem surpresas, não possa competir com os irmãos mais fortes da AMD Ryzen 7 5800H e Ryzen 9 5900HX, o processador oferece um bom desempenho. No teste de loop com o Cinebench R15, o resultado permaneceu muito consistente e estava no mesmo nível da Lenovo Legion 5, que também está equipada com um 5600H.

Como esperado, a alta TGP do RTX 3060 vem às custas do desenvolvimento do ruído. Ao utilizar o modo de desempenho, o TGP de 15 polegadas atinge uma altura muito alta de 56 a 58 dB(A) sob carga. Este é um nível irritantemente alto que força o uso de fones de ouvido, embora alguns rivais fiquem igualmente altos - embora estes ofereçam chassis mais finos. Os barebones Clevo geralmente têm que aceitar muitas críticas em modo inativo e durante tarefas simples como escritório, vídeo e web. Entretanto, o A5 K1 surpreende positivamente aqui porque os ventiladores estão parcialmente inativos e a freqüência e intensidade das fases de partida são limitadas pelos padrões da Clevo. Se você ignorar o preço, o Gigabyte A5 K1 tem dificuldades contra a concorrência igualmente rápida de 15 polegadas. Além do ruído alto no modo 3D (modo de desempenho), o desenvolvimento de altas temperaturas dos componentes deve ser mencionado no lado negativo. Apesar da caixa relativamente grossa, o laptop fica muito quente e alto sob carga, o que não fala exatamente a favor do sistema de resfriamento.

Por falar no caso: O chassi não corta uma figura particularmente boa em termos de qualidade. As superfícies plásticas parecem bastante baratas e também tendem a chocalhar. Na maioria das outras disciplinas - sejam os dispositivos de entrada, a tela, a conectividade ou o tempo de funcionamento da bateria - o laptop Gigabyte é muito pouco espetacular e não se destaca da multidão, nem positiva nem negativamente

No entanto, aqueles que principalmente prestam atenção à relação preço-desempenho receberão uma oferta muito boa com o A5 K1.

A maioria dos notebooks com menos de 1.000 euros (~$993) ou são mais lentos ou têm que se contentar com uma tela mais pobre (palavra-chave: espaço de cor).
