Samsung Exynos W1000

O Samsung Exynos W1000 é um processador (SoC) comparativamente rápido para uso em wearables inteligentes que foi apresentado em julho de 2024. Ele possui 5 núcleos de CPU (1 núcleo de desempenho Cortex-A78 e 4 núcleos eficientes Cortex-A55 executados a ~1,6 GHz e ~1,5 GHz, respectivamente), juntamente com um modem 4G LTE, módulo de navegação por satélite e o processador Mali-G68 MP2 iGPU. Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 4 e NFC também são compatíveis.

Desempenho

O Octane e o Speedometer o colocam no mesmo patamar do Snapdragon 680 4G. Deve-se dizer que o Exynos W930 e W920 tinham apenas 2 núcleos de CPU, o que significa que o salto no desempenho que o chip mais novo traz para a mesa é francamente impressionante.

Gráficos

Esperamos que o chip Mali-G68 MP2 seja exatamente tão rápido quanto o G57 MP2 (supondo que o G68 MP2 seja metade da velocidade do G68 MP4o que deveria ser). Como uma GPU lançada em 2020, esse humilde membro da série Mali não tem traçado de raio de hardware ou qualquer outra habilidade moderna.

Enquanto o W930 e o W920 tenham sido equipados com a mesma GPU, ela provavelmente funciona com velocidades de clock um pouco mais altas no W1000.

Consumo de energia

Como um SoC para smartwatches, é improvável que o Exynos consuma mais de 2 W ou 3 W (mesmo que brevemente), pois isso acabaria com a vida útil da bateria do dispositivo.

O SoC da série Exynos é construído com um processo de 3 nm para uma boa eficiência energética, a partir do final de 2024.
