Não há nenhum modelo de referência do Radeon RX 6600 XT. Ao contrário das GPUs série 6000 de alta qualidade, só estão disponíveis modelos de placas-parceiros. Para esta revisão, a AMD nos enviou o XFX Speedster MERC 308 AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT. Este é um dos modelos mais premium com um refrigerador com ventilador triplo. No total, o sistema de resfriamento funciona bem, o que não é surpreendente dado o TGP de apenas 160 W. O modelo XFX do Radeon RX 6600 XT parece premium, mesmo que o revestimento seja feito de plástico. Entretanto, a placa traseira é feita de metal, razão pela qual a placa gráfica de 27,4 cm (10,8 ″) parece muito robusta. A placa traseira não está envolvida no resfriamento de nenhum componente da GPU, pois não possui nenhuma placa térmica.
O AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT suporta todas as últimas características RDNA 2. Vale a pena mencionar, no entanto, que ele possui apenas 32 núcleos RT, o que significa que ele não será capaz de acompanhar com GPUs mais rápidos da série RX 6000 quando se trata de performance de traçado de raio. Benchmarks de jogos
A AMD diz que o Radeon RX 6600 XT é destinado a jogos de 1080p. O XFX Radeon RX 6600 XT prova que é esse o caso. Todos os títulos que fizemos referência eram jogáveis a 1080p. Alguns jogos podem até ser executados com resoluções mais altas.
Nós ainda usamos O Witcher 3 para medir as taxas de moldura e os tempos de moldura. Não há problemas aqui com a consistência das taxas de quadros. Ao longo de nosso teste, as taxas de quadros ficaram em torno de 100 FPS. No total, não deve haver nenhuma queda aleatória no desempenho quando se joga.

Segundo a AMD, o Radeon RX 6600 XT tem um TGP de 160 W. Quando comparado com o RX 5700 XT, o RX 6600 XT é significativamente mais eficiente e capaz em termos de energia.
Para esta revisão, medimos o consumo de energia do sistema. Durante nosso teste de estresse, o consumo médio de energia foi de 281 W. Quando se jogava, o sistema tinha um consumo médio de 299 W. O consumo de energia do sistema atingiu um pico de 330 W. A maioria das fontes de alimentação será capaz de lidar com este tipo de carga. Não utilizamos nenhum perfil de ventilador personalizado para a GPU. No FurMark, a temperatura da GPU ficou em torno de 76 °C (168,8 °F). De acordo com HWiNFO, as temperaturas da GPU atingiram um pico de 93 °C (199,4 °F). AMD especifica uma temperatura máxima de operação de 110 °C (230 °F) para o RX 6600 XT. Tudo somado, há espaço livre térmico suficiente.
Ficamos positivamente surpresos com o XFX Speedster MERC 308 RX 6600 XT. Ele corta uma figura muito fina quando se trata do ruído térmico e dos ventiladores. Com a caixa fechada, a GPU é basicamente inaudível. Ela é afogada pelos ventiladores da caixa.

Veredicto - GPU 1080p de eficiência energética e silencioso
As GPUs RDNA 2 de alta qualidade trouxeram algumas novas características. Agora os jogadores mais conscientes do orçamento também podem desfrutar destas características, em forma ligeiramente reduzida, graças ao lançamento do AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT. O RX 6600 XT é mais que bom o suficiente para jogos de 1080p. Ele pode até mesmo lidar com muitos títulos em resoluções mais altas. 8 GB de VRAM é bastante apropriado para uma GPU deste tipo. Em qualquer caso, a AMD não é conhecida por ser mesquinha com a VRAM.
O RX 6600 XT bate facilmente o RX 5600 XT e está à frente do RX 5700 XT a maior parte do tempo. O RX 6600 XT é tão poderoso quanto o Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super. Vamos comparar o RX 6600 XT com o RTX 3060 nos próximos dias.
O AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT oferece desempenho suficiente para jogos de 1080p. Também é silencioso e eficiente em termos energéticos, o que o torna uma compra decente.
Felizmente, o RX 6600 XT vem com todas as características do RDNA 2. Entretanto, ele não oferece o mesmo nível de desempenho de traçado de raio que as GPUs RDNA 2 de alta qualidade.
