Mediatek Dimensity 6020

O Mediatek Dimensity 6020 é um SoC de faixa média inferior com um modem 5G integrado. Ele inclui dois núcleos ARM Cortex-A76 rápidos de até 2,2 GHz e seis núcleos Cortex-A55 eficientes em termos de energia de até 2 GHz (Octa-Core com multiprocessamento heterogêneo). As especificações são semelhantes às do antigo Dimensity 700 SoC.

Além disso, o chip integra uma GPU ARM Mali-G57 MC2 de dois núcleos, um modem Wi-fi 5, um controlador de memória LPDDR4x-2133, uma unidade de processamento de IA (APU 3.0) e codificação e remoção de vídeo.

O Dimensity 6020 é fabricado no antigo processo de 7nm, como o Dimensity 700.
