Intel Celeron 6305
O Intel Celeron 6305 (ou 6305U) é um SoC dual-core eficiente para laptops e Ultrabooks baseado na geração Tiger Lake-U que foi anunciada no terceiro trimestre de 2020. Ele integra apenas dois núcleos de processador Willow Cove (2 fios como nenhum HyperThreading/SMT). A velocidade do relógio é definida em 1,8 GHz, pois o chip não suporta Turbo Boost. Graças às melhorias arquitetônicas dos núcleos da CPU, o Celeron 6305 ainda deve ser mais rápido que o antigo Celeron 5205U baseado no Comet Lake-U (1,9 GHz, sem Turbo).
Outra novidade é a placa gráfica Xe integrada, baseada na arquitetura completamente nova da Gen 12. Ela deve oferecer um desempenho significativamente maior em comparação com a antiga placa gráfica UHD G1 (Ice Lake). Na 6305U a Intel a chama apenas de UHD Graphics e oferece 48 EUs.
Outras melhorias do Ice Lake também devem ser integradas no Tiger Lake como a aceleração do hardware AI e a integração parcial do Thunderbolt e Wifi 6 no chip.
O chip é produzido no processo melhorado de 10nm+ (chamado 10 nm SuperFin) na Intel que deve ser comparável ao processo de 7nm na TSMC (por exemplo, a série Ryzen 4000).
