O Intel Core i5-13400F é um processador para desktop de médio porte da série Raptor Lake. Ele inclui uma arquitetura híbrida para os núcleos da CPU com 10 núcleos combinados. Seis núcleos de desempenho rápido Golden Cove / Raptor Cove (núcleos P) com HyperThreading e velocidade de clock de 3,5 a 5,1 GHz e quatro núcleos de eficiência Gracemont sem HyperThreading e velocidade de clock de 2,6 a 3,9 GHz. O 13400F pode ser baseado nos antigos chips Alder Lake (pelo menos nos primeiros modelos) ou nos mais novos chips Raptor Lake. As CPUs da série F não integram uma iGPU.

O desempenho é claramente superior ao do antigo Core i5-12400F devido aos quatro E-cores adicionais. Eles ajudam nas cargas de trabalho com vários threads e o núcleo de maior impulso dos p-cores ajuda nas cargas de trabalho com um único thread.

O consumo de energia do 13400F é avaliado em 65 watts para cargas de trabalho sustentadas (PL1) e 148 watts para rajadas curtas (PL2).
