Intel i5-12600K

O Intel Core i5-12600K é um CPU de gama média para computadores de secretária baseado na arquitectura do Alder Lake. Foi anunciado pela primeira vez em Novembro de 2021 e oferece 6 núcleos de desempenho e 4 núcleos de eficiência. Os núcleos de desempenho (núcleos P) suportam HyperThreading, levando a 16 Threads que podem ser processados de uma só vez. Os núcleos de desempenho podem relógio com até 4,9 GHz, os núcleos de eficiência podem relógio com até 3,6 GHz. Todos os núcleos podem usar 20 MB de Smart Cache. O controlador de memória integrado suporta até 128 GB DDR5 com 4800 MT/s (canal duplo).

O Thread Director (em hardware) pode apoiar o sistema operativo para decidir qual o fio a utilizar nos núcleos de desempenho ou eficiência para o melhor desempenho.

Para tarefas de IA, o CPU também integra GNA 3.0 e DL Boost. Quick Sync na versão 8 é o mesmo que nas CPUs Rocket Lake e suporta MPEG-2, AVC, VC-1 decodificação, JPEG, VP8 decodificação, VP9, HEVC e AV1 decodificação em hardware.

A placa gráfica integrada é baseada na arquitectura Xe-arquitectura e chamada Intel UHD Graphics 770. Relógio entre 300 e 1,45 GHz.

O CPU é classificado com 125 W de potência de base e 150 W de potência máxima Turbo. É fabricada em 10nm, chamada Intel 7, processo da Intel.
