The performance in general is quite commendable but the UI, like all Honor and Huawei phones aren’t the best, aesthetically speaking. As for the camera, it can take decent photos in daylight, but expecting a good low-light performance from it is a bit too much.

The only minor comment I would make about the GUI is the fact that you have to have a Huawei ID if you want make use of features like HiCare, Health, the AppGallery (to be honest I’d uninstall this, it’s really not needed and you should probably just stick with Google Play) and Themes. It’s not all the fault of Huawei / Honor – after all, other manufacturers have their own ecosystems that they try and foist on us, but it’s a bit of a pain to have another login credential to remember.
