Google Tensor

O Google Tensor SoC é o primeiro processador de smartphones da Google. É posicionado como um SoC topo de gama e concentra-se na TPU integrada para cálculos eficientes de IA e ML. A parte CPU integra dois núcleos rápidos e grandes ARM Cortex X1 a até 2,8 GHz. Um segundo aglomerado integra 2 núcleos Cortex-A76 de médio alcance a até 2,25 GHz. Finalmente, quatro pequenos núcleos ARM Cortex-A55 com até 1,8 GHz são integrados para fins de eficiência. Todos os núcleos podem aceder à cache partilhada de 4 MB L3. 

O chip também integra um processador de segurança Titan M2 e uma GPU ARM Mali G78 MP20. O chip é fabricado no moderno processo de 5nm.
