Beelink atualizou seu barato U59 mini PC com mais memória RAM e uma nova CPU Intel Celeron sem necessidade de aumentar o preço. Quanto de aumento de desempenho os usuários podem realmente esperar?

Beelink atualizou um de seus mini PCs mais baratos com uma CPU Jasper Lake Intel Celeron N5105 mais rápida para substituir a Celeron N5095 na versão anterior Modelo U59. Embora o chassi permaneça praticamente o mesmo de antes, existem algumas diferenças importantes que observaremos na revisão abaixo

Annoyingly, Beelink oferece três diferente U59 projeta cada uma com opções de porta, desenhos e características internas ligeiramente diferentes. Suas dimensões e peso são, de outra forma, quase os mesmos entre eles. Para nosso modelo de revisão aqui, o chassi tem grelhas de ventilação maiores e uma tampa e logomarca totalmente revestidas em comparação com as grelhas menores e as tampas brilhantes dos modelos anteriores.

Conectividade

As opções de porta são em sua maioria idênticas ao U59 original, incluindo a porta USB-C e a falta de uma fechadura Kensington. Para este modelo mais novo, no entanto, o fabricante integrou uma segunda porta RJ-45 para um total de duas. Manutenção

O painel inferior pode ser removido com apenas uma chave de fenda Philips para revelar 2x slots de armazenamento (M.2 SATA 2280 + SATA III de 2,5 polegadas), 2x slots SODIMM, e o módulo removível M.2 WLAN. Em comparação, o U59 Mini-S é limitado à memória de um único canal com seu único slot SODIMM.

Acessórios e Garantia

Na caixa estão incluídos dois cabos HDMI, adaptador AC, papelaria e um suporte adaptador para montagem VESA.

A garantia padrão limitada de um ano se aplica se adquirida nos EUA.

Processador

O desempenho bruto da CPU é apenas um cabelo mais rápido do que o N5095 tanto em operações simples como em operações com múltiplas roscas. A diferença de desempenho é tão pequena que os dois podem muito bem ser o mesmo processador.

Entretanto, é importante notar que nosso U59 N5095 foi enviado com 8 GB de RAM de canal único em comparação com os 16 GB de RAM de canal duplo de nosso U59 N5105. Só a RAM de canal duplo provavelmente responde por 30 a 50 por cento dessa diferença de desempenho. As temperaturas da superfície são quentes mesmo quando ociosas na mesa de trabalho, já que o ventilador é tão letárgico. A parte superior da unidade pode chegar a 32 C quando não estiver rodando nenhuma aplicação ou até 38 C quando estiver rodando aplicações estressantes por longos períodos. Os pontos quentes são em direção à parte traseira do chassi mais próximo das grelhas de ventilação traseiras.

Teste de estresse

As taxas de clock da CPU, temperatura e consumo de energia da placa aumentariam para 2,8 GHz, 86 C e 20 W, respectivamente, ao iniciar a tensão Prime95. Após cerca de 20 segundos, entretanto, as taxas de clock e o consumo de energia da placa cairiam para 2,4 GHz e 15 W, respectivamente, a fim de manter uma temperatura central mais fria de 76 C, como mostra a captura de tela abaixo. Na verdade, isto é mais lento e mais frio em 200 MHz e 9 C, respectivamente, do que o que registramos no U59 do ano passado com o N5095 mais antigo.

Se você está indo para a velocidade de processamento, então não há quase nenhum motivo para escolher o Celeron N5105 sobre o N5095. O N5105 pode funcionar ligeiramente mais frio, mas não oferece nenhum ganho apreciável no desempenho de rosca única ou de múltiplas roscas. Seus benefícios residem na GPU integrada, que é mais rápida que a GPU integrada na N5095 por margens muito mais amplas.

Infelizmente, a GPU na N5105 ainda é lenta e, portanto, a experiência da IU do Windows ainda está atrasada ao executar mais de uma ou duas aplicações simultaneamente.
