Contra
A conclusão é que se você irá comprar um portátil para jogos de 18,4 polegadas, então que seja o MSI GT80.
Com isso dito, há algumas falhas para tomar em conta. Seu tamanho titânico pode implicar uma riqueza de recursos, mas esse não é exatamente o caso. Enquanto sua meia dúzia de baias de armazenamento, 4 alto falantes e um subwoofer, 3 portas de saída de vídeo e teclado mecânico, são todos muito bem vindos, teríamos gostado de ver 4 slots PCIe, Thunderbolt, CPU atualizável, Tela G-Sync, um teclado de tamanho completo, e opções com resoluções nativas mais altas.
Muitos desses recursos faltantes provavelmente poderiam compensar a inevitável atualização do GT80. A tela Eurocom P5 Pro de 15,6-polegadas, por exemplo, utiliza um processador de desktop e o sucessor do GT80 poderia fazer o mesmo. O mais irritante é a falta de opções de controle do sistema da ventoinha e teclas macro dedicadas para jogos. O hardware e o sistema de resfriamento são especialmente bem feitos, mesmo assim a Aorus e a Gigabyte com sues portáteis de jogos leves e finos, podem oferecer melhores controles manuais para a ventoinha e um punhado de teclas Macro.
Nossa configuração permite muito espeço para o overclocking da GPU caso os usuários optem por essa via, dado que as temperaturas do núcleo são bastante baixas para um portátil de jogos. O overclocking oficial de CPUs móveis da Intel, no entanto, não será suportado oficialmente até o lançamento do Skylake. Até lá, isto é o mais perto que você poderá chegar de um aparelho de jogos tudo-em-um.
