Os portáteis de 13,3 polegadas da Lenovo também estão disponíveis com processadores Kaby Lake desde agora. A nova geração de CPU da Intel oferece suficiente desempenho para os anos vindouros. O ganho de desempenho do Kaby Lake em comparação com Skylake não leva a maior ruído do sistema, nem aumentos de temperatura. Um veloz SSD garante um sistema veloz. Embora seja possível substituir o SSD, isto requer abrir a carcaça, dado que o computador não possui uma escotilha de manutenção. O teclado iluminado parace ser bom, no geral.
O processador Kaby Lake não traz uma verdadeira vantagem. Aqueles que desejem economizar alguns Euros, podem selecionar com segurança um modelo Skylake do IdeaPad.
As durações da bateria são bastante boas. No entanto, um portátil de 13,3-polegadas nesta faixa de preços poderia se desempenhar melhor. A Lenovo não considerou que longas durações da bateria são mais importantes que ao desempenho mais alto possível na gama de 13,3 polegadas. O IdeaPad teria se beneficiado mais de uma bateria com maior capacidade que de um novo processador Kaby Lake. A tela IPS Full HD com ângulos de visão amplos fornece resultados aceitáveis de medição. No entanto, esperamos mais de um portátil de 880-Euros (~$944).
