Enquanto o Samsung Galaxy S6 com o seu novo chassi de metal foi uma revolução para o aparelho carro chefe da Samsung, o novo Galaxy S7 é mais que uma evolução. A Samsung respeita os desejos de seus consumidores e traz de volta alguns recursos como a expansão da memória, bem como a certificação IP68 contra água e poeira para a carcaça. O chassi também foi retrabalhado e ainda é feito de uma combinação muito sofisticada de vidro/metal, que consegue competir com os melhores modelos do mercado. Uma pequena surpresa é o chassi notavelmente mais grosso, mas ele dificilmente afeta o manuseio, graças às bordas arredondadas. O espaço adicional é utilizado para a bateria maior. O painel SAMOLED é ainda melhor que o anterior, que convence com o uma luminescência impressionante, bem como cores precisas.

O Galaxy S7 também deixa uma muito boa impressão de desempenho, embora o rival Snapdragon 820 provavelmente será o chip mais veloz no geral. O SoC da Samsung tem que se afogar um pouco também, mas redução do desempenho ainda está em um nível aceitável, e os usuários podem desfrutar das baixas temperaturas do chassi. Outro recurso novo é a câmera de 12 MP na traseira, que pode impressionar com sua qualidade. Obtemos fotos nítidas e brilhantes, apesar da resolução reduzida em comparação com o predecessor. 

O Samsung Galaxy S7 é um dos melhores smartphones, mas você não deveria esperar maiores inovações.

No entanto, nem todos os desenvolvimentos são positivos: Comparado com o predecessor, você deve esquecer do emissor de infravermelhos, e a Samsung não exibe todo o potencial de conectividade. Que não haja uma porta USB-C provavelmente esteja relacionado com a compatibilidade com o Samsung Gear VR, mas um padrão mais veloz teria sido bom. Em nossa opinião, o maior problema é o fato de que o Galaxy S7 se sinta como qualquer outro smartphone Galaxy do passado recente, que também é o resultado do software. Alguns recursos do Android 6 não são utilizados, e o TouchWiz não mudou quase nada desde a geração anterior. Em resumo, falta inovação no smartphone. O único novo recurso é a Tela Sempre Ativa, mas isso drena a bateria de forma notável.

Com certeza nossas críticas estão em um nível muito alto, porque o Galaxy S7 é claramente um dos melhores smartphones que você pode comprar atualmente.
