Veredicto – Quão bem se saiu?
Se você cobra mais de US$ 1.000 por um smartphone, você precisa atender as expectativas. Infelizmente, o Motorola Edge+ não consegue fazer exatamente isso em muitas áreas. A câmera oferece alta resolução, mas falta foco nos detalhes e a lente principal teve desempenho medíocre com pouca luz, na melhor das hipóteses. A carcaça é elegante e moderna, mas pode ser pressionada e não é à prova d'água.
O carregamento é outra área em que seus concorrentes oferecem mais retorno pelo investimento, a qualidade da chamada deveria ser melhor e os alto-falantes não estão entre os melhores que os smartphones de ponta tinham a oferecer no momento em que este artigo foi escrito. A tela não é tão brilhante e com cores precisas como em outros smartphones na faixa de preço do Edge+, e o dispositivo tende a ter aceleração térmica sob carga sustentada.
Concedido, sua tela sem bordas e traseira elegante fazem o Motorola Edge+ se destacar até certo ponto, os serviços de localização funcionam muito bem uma vez que o bloqueio de localização foi obtido e a Motorola retirou todas as barreiras relacionadas à comunicação sem fio, desde o 5G até o Wi-Fi 6 até Bluetooth 5.1.
O Edge+ significa o retorno da Motorola ao reino dos smartphones de gama alta. Infelizmente, o dispositivo não consegue justificar seu alto preço pedido.
Se você está procurando um smartphone com entrada para fone de ouvido de 3,5 mm, ficará feliz em saber que a Motorola continua a oferecer suporte à saída de áudio analógica. Outro benefício é sua versão pura e limpa do Android, incluindo patches de segurança um tanto atualizados.
O Motorola Edge+ pode não ser o smartphone de gama alta com a melhor relação preço-desempenho, especialmente considerando alternativas mais acessíveis, como o OnePlus 8 Pro ou o Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro. No entanto, consegue oferecer um nível de desempenho muito alto, um design exclusivo e uma bateria com duração muito boa.
