Com o U11 Plus, a HTC se mantém fiel ao seu design. No entanto, dá ao novo carro-chefe uma paleta de cores menor que a do U11. A HTC faz muitas coisas bem com o seu último carro-chefe e, novamente, depende dos grampos experimentados e verdadeiros que já vimos no modelo de irmão menor. Estes incluem: Um SoC Snapdragon extremamente rápido, muito espaço de armazenamento, que pode ser expandido, uma carcaça resistente à água e à poeira, um módulo GPS preciso e uma tela muito bem calibrada, que é muito confortável de segurar apesar do tamanho, graças ao seu novo formato 2:1.
Infelizmente, a tela é comparativamente escura. Isso vai causar alguns problemas durante os dias ensolarados do ano, porque a legibilidade em exteriores é bastante limitada. Outro mistério gira em torno de por que o HTC U11 Plus não utiliza o seu modem LTE em toda sua extensão e, em vez disso, é limitado às velocidades da categoria 15.
Com o U11 Plus, a HTC oferece um ótimo smartphone. No entanto, as falhas, em termos de brilho da tela e velocidade LTE, causam uma boa impressão geral.
A bateria massiva resulta em um ótimo tempo de duração. No entanto, esperamos melhores durações de bateria de um dispositivo com esse tamanho. Dito isto, a duração da bateria ainda pode ser melhorada com atualizações futuras. O desempenho do sistema está em um nível muito alto. Isso faz do HTC U11 Plus um dos smartphones Android mais rápidos do mercado.
