Contra
A Asus consegue oferecer uma atrativa continuação de sua série ZenFone com o ZenFone 4. Seu design é elegante, porém simples e o desempenho do sistema nos convenceu. Suas velocidades de rede são impressionantes, com LTE Cat 13 e boa performance de WLAN. Juntamente com a nova CPU Snapdragon, o Bluetooth foi atualizado para sua última iteração, e a geolocalização funciona muito bem. A GPU atualizada catapulta o ZenFone 4 para a frente dentro de sua classe e sua tela é adequada para uso externo. Lamentavelmente, ele utiliza PWM.
Com o ZenFone 4, a Asus oferece um smartphone competitivamente equipado que revelou quase nenhuma falha nos achados do nosso teste.
No geral, o ZenFone 4 deixa pouco espaço para críticas válidas. Infelizmente, a sua porta USB está em conformidade com o padrão USB 2.0 e a carga do carregador incluído é muito baixa para utilizar a tecnologia de carga rápida anunciada para o smartphone. Nossa impressão da câmera de lente dupla foi ambivalente: Enquanto a câmera principal é excelente, a lente secundária não pode ser comparada, e é uma reminiscência das falhas do LG G5. A câmera pode produzir excelentes fotos sem dúvida, mas a segunda lente pode permanecer sem uso.
O ZenFone 4 também atende a aficionados à música com recursos como áudio de alta resolução, DTS e aptX HD, sem mencionar o conector de fones integrado. A €500 (~$593), seu preço parece um pouco alto, mas, apesar de tudo, recomendamos o ZenFone 4.
