Se colocarmos de lado as emissões, alto-falantes e duração da bateria por um momento, o Razer Blade Pro é um portátil de gama alta bem projetado. Com sua construção fina, materiais de alta qualidade e design elegante, ele deve atrair jogadores que valorizam a qualidade, o refinamento e um grau razoável de transportabilidade. Quando você adiciona o teclado mecânico com retro iluminação RGB, este portátil de 17 polegadas é um dos dispositivos de mais alta qualidade que já tivemos em nossas mãos.
Graças aos 32 GB de RAM DDR4, o SSD RAID, e à GeForce GTX 1080, certamente não falta poder de desempenho - embora nos sintamos compelidos a criticar a Razer pela RAM soldada. A tela na edição UHD que testamos também não é irrepreensível. Por um lado, o painel IGZO marca pontos por sua extensa cobertura de espaço de cores, baixo valor preto e forte contraste. Por outro lado, seu baixo brilho e sua superfície reflexiva são bastante irritantes - por não mencionar os grandes problemas que nosso modelo de teste teve com inconsistências de iluminação.
Há também muito espaço para melhorar quando se trata do som dos alto-falantes integrados, bem como as taxas de consumo de energia do portátil (o que afeta negativamente a duração da bateria). Mas o Blade Pro perde a maioria dos pontos por suas altas temperaturas e altos níveis de ruído. Finalmente, os jogos só podem ser apreciados com fones de ouvido. Parece que o sistema de resfriamento só é adequado para servir uma GeForce GTX 1070 ou GTX 1080 Max-Q. Dadas todas essas deficiências em cima de seu preço de luxo, a versão 4K será duramente pressionada para competir com sucesso com o resto dos portáteis (mais grossos) no mercado de 17 polegadas.
