O hardware do Omen roda todos os jogos de computador atuais para a tela Full HD mate sem engasgar. Você sempre pode selecionar configurações de qualidade de gráficos em altas a máximas. A tecnologia G-Sync da Nvidia garante uma imagem fluente na tela de 144-Hz. De acordo com o manual de manutenção, o G-Sync também está disponível para monitores externos. Ao conectar o monitor correspondente, resoluções além de Full HD também são possíveis, mas você precisa reduzir o nível de gráficos.
Com o Omen 15, a Hewlett-Packard oferece um portátil compacto para jogos que, no geral, pode ser chamado de sucesso. No entanto, apesar de seu preço de compra de 2.100 Euros (~$2396), ele não está livre de fraquezas.
Um SSD NVMe extremamente veloz garante um sistema veloz. Além disso, o portátil também está equipado com um disco rígido de 1 TB. Ambos os módulos de armazenamento podem ser substituídos. Isto é acompanhado por um bom teclado. Embora a duração da bateria não seja capaz de inspirar, é aceitável que um portátil para jogos tem um núcleo gráfico integrado desativado.
A tela mate Full HD agrada com ângulos de visão estáveis e tempos de resposta rápidos. No entanto, falta brilho, e o contraste, em particular, é muito baixo para um portátil dessa classe de preço.
