O HP 15z tem um visual atraente, funciona frio, a duração da bateria é razoável para uma carga e - graças ao SSD - oferece desempenho perceptível bom o suficiente, apesar das pontuações dos núcleos sintéticos. A APU AMD não é muito veloz - por isso estamos agradecidos pelos 8 GB de RAM e o SSD, que fazem sua parte para melhorar o desempenho. A tela TN é, de fato, surpreendentemente boa e bastante brilhante, para começar. O teclado também não decepciona, mas leva um pouco de tempo se acostumar ao touchpad. No entanto, quase qualquer placa de vídeo integrada da Intel superaria a Radeon R4 - e inclusive GPUs dedicada de nível de entrada, como a GeForce 920M no Toshiba Satellite C55-C-1NE oferece o dobro de taxas de fotogramas que o chip integrado Radeon.
Para tarefas básicas como o processamento de texto ou assistir vídeos, o Hp 15z não é uma má escolha. Os "power users" e inclusive os jogadores muito casuais deveriam procurar outra coisa.
Versões do Aspire E5-575G, que acabamos de analisar - por exemplo com CPU Core i5-6200U, 8GB de memória, HD de 1 TB, e GPU GeForce 940MX dedicada - pode ser encontrada por cerca de $500. A menos que a HP ou os revendedores diminuam o preço de forma significante, o 15z não é exatamente uma barganha.
