O 14s-dq1431ng da HP tem muitos pros, mas a lista de deficiências é tão longa que acaba resultando em uma pontuação significativamente mais baixa do que poderia ter sido alcançada, porque elas prejudicam principalmente o uso diário. Por exemplo, os ventiladores precisam realmente aumentar sua intensidade o tempo todo ao iniciar um simples navegador? O trackpad realmente precisa imitar uma cobra a cada toque do dedo? E por que os usuários não podem abrir o dispositivo para realizar manutenção? Uma limitação que é completamente desnecessária em nossa opinião.
Se a HP tivesse prestado mais atenção à qualidade, o HP 14s-dq1431ng poderia ter sido um bom portátil.
Os usuários que não se importam com essas desvantagens recebem um portátil utilizável em troca. Oferece desempenho mais do que suficiente para várias tarefas do escritório, um bom desempenho de Wi-Fi e um teclado bem utilizável para digitação. Sua curta duração da bateria é aceitável, considerando o baixo preço do portátil. No entanto, só podemos recomendar o dispositivo se, após considerar todos os contras e analisar todas as alternativas possíveis, você ainda não se importa.
