O Dell XPS 13 9300 é único, pois atualmente é um dos únicos (se não o único) subportátil Windows com uma tela táctil de 16:10 4K UHD. Se você está considerando a opção 4K UHD sobre a opção base FHD, há algumas vantagens e desvantagens a serem lembradas.
Primeiro, a vantagens: Além da resolução mais densa e da tela mais nítida, a opção 4K oferece tempos de resposta mais rápidos em preto-branco e cinza-cinza que a opção FHD para um ghosting menos perceptíveis. A modulação da largura de pulso está completamente ausente, enquanto o fenômeno está presente nos modelos FHD. O contraste e o espaço de cores são essencialmente idênticos ao painel FHD, o que significa que os usuários não perderão se optarem pela tela de maior resolução.
A principal desvantagem da opção 4K é que não é tão brilhante quanto a opção FHD. Não é suficiente para fazer a diferença se estiver trabalhando em interiores, mas todo nit extra de brilho será útil se você planeja usar o portátil em exteriores com frequência. A duração da bateria também é um pouco menor em uma a duas horas, mas isso é apenas um prejuízo para as já longas durações do XPS 13.
O 4K oferece algumas vantagens inesperadas, incluindo tempos de resposta mais rápidos e nenhuma modulação na largura de pulso quando comparada à versão FHD.
