Não deveria ser uma surpresa que um aparelho de gama alta sem compromissos não possa ser esperado da categoria de portáteis da faixa dos 600-Euros (~$673). A Acer, no entanto, oferece um aparelho com uma configuração sólida e apta para jogos para o mercado mainstream com o seu Aspire E15 E5-575G-549D. O seu preço baixo envolve algumas medidas de austeridade mais ou menos dolorosas. Obviamente não havia espaço para uma carcaça de metal, SSD veloz ou painel IPS brilhante o orçamento - mas um moderno processador Kaby Lake, veloz GPU de gama média, bem como 8 GB de memória DDR 4 e um grande disco rígido ainda eram viáveis. Esta configuração torna o Aspire incondicionalmente adequado para jogos, embora a resolução nativa da tela possa ser utilizada apenas para alguns casos. No entanto, todos os jogos mais recentes são jogáveis somente com algumas perdas visuais - coisa que não é necessariamente um problema para um portátil.
Podemos dar ao Aspire uma pontuação muito boa em termos de qualidade de construção e de dispositivos de entrada. Além do muito baixo brilho da tela, no geral, o aparelho dificilmente mostra grandes fraquezas e inclusive surpreende com fortalezas inesperadas em alguns aspectos: Sete a oito horas de duração de bateria ou o veloz Wi-Fi ac (apesar de apenas 1x1 TX/RX) não são encontrados em alguns modelos ainda mais caros. Por isso, podemos resumir assim:
Os compradores à procura de um acessível portátil multimídia, com reservas de desempenho para jogos atuais, não errarão com o Acer Aspire E5-575G. No entanto, o Aspire não é adequado para exteriores devido á sua tela muito escura.
