Contra
A Dell acertou em cheio. O Inspiron Chromebook 14 2-em-1 (Inspiron 7486) é de longe o melhor Chromebook que testamos. A qualidade de construção está a par com o Pixelbook, a tela é bonita, a caneta incluída e o suporte para caneta EMR são bônus maravilhosos, e o desempenho excede quase todos os outros dispositivos Chrome OS.
O Core i3-8130U é talvez o processador perfeito para o Chrome OS; o chip equilibra perfeitamente o desempenho com o calor e o consumo de energia para oferecer uma experiência sumamente fluente com pouca ou nenhuma saída de calor e ruído do ventilador. As durações de bateria também são excelentes.
Temos algumas queixas menores. Os alto-falantes são claros, mas fracos, o que é uma pena, considerando o potencial de reprodução de mídia. O dispositivo também é um pouco mais pesado que outros 2-em-1 devido à tampa densa da tela. A tela de 14 polegadas torna o dispositivo um pouco difícil de segurar no modo tablet também.
Finalmente, está o preço. $600 é pedir muito para um dispositivo Chrome OS. Apesar da integração com o Android, o Chromebook 14 Inspiron ainda é um Chromebook no final do dia. Como tal, é um pouco limitado em comparação com os portáteis tradicionais Windows ou Mac. Dito isso, esse é possivelmente o melhor Chromebook no mercado atualmente. Ele supera o Pixelbook na maioria das áreas por $400 a menos. A maioria dos consumidores, estudantes e profissionais que trabalham, encontrarão muito para gostar no Chromebook Inspiron 14. Dependendo do seu fluxo de trabalho, o Chrome OS com Android pode ter tudo de que um usuário precisa.
O Chromebook Inspiron 7846 14 2-em-1 é o Chromebook dos sonhos dos usuários avançados de Chrome. Além de sua excelente qualidade de construção, dispositivos de entrada sólidos e excelente suporte para caneta EMR, o Chromebook Inspiron 14 oferece desempenho superior e melhor tela do que o carro-chefe Pixelbook da Google, com quase metade do custo. O Chrome OS tem uma nova estrela.
