A vantagem mais forte do ZenBook 14 UX425EA é seu alto desempenho por peso. É tão leve quanto o LG Gram 14 mas com desempenho significativamente mais rápido e uma tela mais brilhante, para inicializar. Anunciamos o Razer Blade Stealth 2018 como tendo um desempenho impressionante para o tamanho da época, mas o UX425EA pode rodar jogos tão rápido ou até um pouco mais rápido enquanto pesa menos e consome muito menos energia no processo.
O baixo peso vem com o custo da rigidez do chassi como alternativas como o Dell XPS, HP Spectre, Blade Stealth, Huawei MateBook X Pro, ou Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 todos parecem mais fortes e melhor construídos. O desempenho bruto da CPU não é mais rápido do que muitas opções existentes do Ice Lake Core i7 e o desempenho da GPU permanece instável para muitos títulos exigentes.
