Com o Swift 7 SF714-52T, a Acer introduziu no mercado um portátil ultraleve e ultrafino de 14 polegadas. O dispositivo, que está equipado com uma elegante carcaça de magnésio, tem um peso de 890 gramas (~1,96 lb) e atitude de 9,95 mm (~0,39 pol.). No entanto, uma consequência da construção leve é que a carcaça não é muito robusta.
Com o Swift 7 SF714-52T, a Acer fornece principalmente um estudo sobre o que é possível. O uso prático limitado do dispositivo e um preço de compra de quase 2.000 Euros (~US$ 2.226) tornam o dispositivo atraente apenas para um grupo muito pequeno de clientes.
O computador é impulsionado por um processador Core-i7 Amber Lake resfriado passivamente, cujo desempenho é suficiente para aplicativos das áreas de escritório e da Internet. Portanto, o dispositivo pode ser usado principalmente para escrever e navegar. Os usuários que precisam de muito desempenho computacional estão no endereço errado com o Swift 7.

O portátil de 14 polegadas oferece um teclado que é adequado para as tarefas diárias e oferece uma iluminação de teclado em de uma só fase. Isto é acompanhado por uma muito boa duração da bateria.
