O Apple A6x é um SoC (System on a Chip) dual-core com núcleos de CPU compatíveis com ARM (conjunto de instruções do ARMv7s). Ambos podem funcionar com frequências de 800-1200 MHz, dependendo da carga. É utilizado no 4 iPad e comparada com a A6 no iPhone 5, o A6x oferece um GPU mais rápido (PowerVR SGX544MP4).
