O AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U é um processador para computadores portáteis finos e leves baseado na arquitectura Renoir. O PRO 4750U integra todos os oito núcleos baseados na microarquitectura Zen 2. São cronometrados a 1,7 (relógio base garantido) a 4,1 GHz (Turbo) com suporte SMT / Hyperthreading (16 fios). O chip é fabricado no moderno processo de 7 nm na TSMC e em parte graças a ele a AMD anuncia um desempenho 2x melhorado por Watt para os chips Renoir. Em comparação com o R7 4800U mais rápido, o PRO 4750U oferece velocidades de relógio de impulso mais baixas.
Os processadores PRO oferecem uma gama de características empresariais como segurança de hardware (por exemplo, AMD Memory Guard), capacidade de gestão (por exemplo, suporte para Microsoft Endpoint Manager), e maior disponibilidade e estabilidade de software.
Graças ao suporte SMT, o Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U deve ser ligeiramente mais rápido em algumas cargas de trabalho do que o consumidor Ryzen 7 4700U. Contudo, como a velocidade do relógio de base é menor, pode haver algumas cargas de trabalho que são executadas mais lentamente.
Além dos oito núcleos de CPU, a APU também integra uma placa gráfica integrada Radeon RX Vega 7 com 7 CUs e até 1600 MHz.
