AMD R3 3100

O Ryzen 3 3100 é um processador de entrada barato da série Matisse com 4 núcleos e 8 fios. Relógio de 3,6 (base) - 3,9 GHz (impulso) e utiliza a microarquitectura Zen 2. Utiliza dois clusters CCX com dois núcleos cada. Portanto, há algumas desvantagens em comparação com o mais rápido Ryzen 3 3300X que usa os quatro núcleos de um único CCX-cluster. O CPU é fabricado no moderno processo de 7nm na TSMC. O molde de E/S na embalagem é separado e fabricado em 12 nm na Globalfoundries. O TDP é especificado a 65 Watt e por isso o CPU não precisa de um grande refrigerador de carne.

Em aplicações multi-threaded, o desempenho do Ryzen 3 3100 pode atingir o antigo Core i7-7700K (um antigo CPU topo de gama). Em jogos e aplicações de rosca simples, o desempenho é ligeiramente inferior, uma vez que o Ryzen 3 3300X com relógio mais alto está ao nível do 7700K. Ainda assim, o 3100 pode ser uma boa escolha para um sistema de jogo de nível básico.
