AMD Ryzen 5 5600U
O AMD Ryzen 5 5600U é um processador para laptops finos e leves baseado na geração Cezanne. O R5 5600U integra seis dos oito núcleos baseados na microarquitetura Zen 3 e é o terceiro processador mais rápido da série U no lançamento. Os núcleos são clockados a 2,3 (relógio base garantido) a 4,2 GHz (Turbo) e suportam SMT / Hyperthreading (12 threads). O chip é fabricado no moderno processo de 7 nm na TSMC.
A nova microarquitetura Zen 3 oferece um IPC (instruções por relógio) significativamente mais alto em comparação com o Zen 2. Para processadores de mesa, a AMD alega 19% em média e nas revisões de aplicações mostrou cerca de 12% de ganhos na mesma velocidade do relógio.
Com o aumento da velocidade do relógio e melhorias do IPC graças ao Zen 3, o Ryzen 5 5600U deve ser claramente mais rápido que o Ryzen 5 4500U de 200 MHz com relógio mais baixo.
Além dos seis núcleos de CPU, o APU também integra uma placa gráfica Radeon RX Vega 7 integrada com 7 CUs e até 1800 MHz. O controlador de memória de canal duplo suporta DDR4-3200 e LPDDR4-4266 RAM de eficiência energética. Além disso, 16 MB de cache nível 3 (a partir de 8 MB na 4800U) podem ser encontrados no chip.
O TDP do APU é especificado em 15 Watt (padrão) e pode ser configurado de 10 a 25 Watt pelo fornecedor do laptop (a maioria dos chips são configurados com mais de 15 Watt). Isso significa que o chip é destinado a laptops finos e leves (mas com ventiladores).
